"Home delivery service by this particular pharmacy is very poor. Staff do not talk politely. They deliver different items than what has been asked. They do not deliver all the items asked, everytime some items are missing. There is no confirmation or information on what all is being delivered and when you call to ask about it staff has the audacity to say that it is customer's fault. This has happened multiple times with me personally. Also they say that going forward if we receive any requests from you for delivery we will not do it. Even though I have been a regular customer for a long time now the service in the past few months has degraded"

"I ordered medicines from Apollo Pharmacy, Cherry County around 12.30 PM today and when it was not delivered by 6 PM, I called back to check. I was rold, it was out for delivery. By 7 PM, when it was still not delivered, I called back again. I was told society guards at gate did not allow medicines to be delivered and hence the guy came back.. Guards always call on intercom/mobile., I did not reveive any call. Finally delivered part order at 9 PM!! I asked the guy who came foe delivery - he said he spoke to me over the phone! How many times can one lie? Low professionalism and service. NOT dependable. Next time onwards, shall getting medicines from some other chemist."
